Project Manager - Building Assessment - Remote

Overview

AEI Consultants is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding Building Assessment division. As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include performing Property Condition Assessments of existing commercial properties, monitoring new construction or renovation projects, and assisting with energy and ADA audits.

• Perform Property Condition Assessments of commercial properties.

• Conduct public records research regarding building codes.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver outstanding client service.
• Work collaboratively with senior staff.
• Travel may be required.
• Knowledge of construction best practices and building codes is essential.
• Experience in various property types is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Previous construction management or similar experience.
• Experience performing Property Condition Assessments preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
• Capable of working outdoors in various conditions.
• Experience with Fannie Mae or HUD guidelines a plus.
