Project Manager - Environmental Due Diligence - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager within AEI’s Due Diligence division will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate.

• Perform environmental reviews and field investigations.
• Conduct state and federal regulatory program file reviews.
• Manage environmental due diligence projects.
• Previous experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments preferred.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field.
• Active AHERA certification preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in environmental due diligence.
• Experience with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae projects preferred.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Personable and able to work with various levels of staff.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate lending and finance.
• Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training preferred.
• Asbestos inspector and/or lead-based paint certification preferred.
