Project Manager - Environmental Due Diligence - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager within AEI’s Due Diligence division will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate.

• Experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred
• Perform environmental due diligence projects
• Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills required
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field
• Active AHERA certification preferred

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in environmental due diligence
• Experience with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae ESA projects preferred
• Personable and able to communicate effectively
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
