Senior Project Manager - Resilience - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Project Manager within AEI’s Resilience Division, your primary responsibilities will be to conduct natural hazard and climate risk assessments, consisting of hazard identification, vulnerability and exposure assessments, and identification of hazard mitigation and resilience measures.

• Oversee site visits and gather property-specific information.
• Train and mentor junior Project Managers.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.
• Interact with clients and provide outstanding service.
• Travel for projects as necessary.
• Write clear and concise reports.
• Coordinate with hazard expert consultants.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in relevant assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
• Registered Architect (R.A.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• Knowledge of climate and natural hazard data.
• Familiarity with resilience assessments and building codes.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Physical ability to navigate various work environments.
