Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for our utility client.

In Short

• Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan and other required documents.
• Monitor adherence to project requirements and deliverables.
• Assign responsibilities based on team members' strengths.
• Develop and distribute project summaries to team members.
• Collaborate with managers to develop budgets and schedules.
• Address potential cost overruns and project delays.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance.
• Report project progress and significant milestones to management.
• Act as the Company representative with clients and subcontractors.
• Facilitate weekly meetings to review project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of related work experience.
• Experience managing transmission and distribution projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
