• Lead and oversee client-facing IT integration projects.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Drive execution of project activities and manage resources.
• Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coach and mentor junior project managers.
• Ensure quality of project deliverables meets standards.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of PM experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience managing projects at a software development company.
• Expertise in various project management methodologies.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
