  • Drive the evolution and success of clients’ global customer loyalty and engagement strategies.
  • Lead loyalty and customer engagement initiatives to enhance retention and drive business impact.
  • Translate customer and operational data into insight-driven strategies.
  • Partner across technology, data, strategy, and product teams for seamless program delivery.
  • Guide the development of lifecycle-based campaigns and partner engagement strategies.
  • Ensure cohesive, brand-aligned engagement for global customers and partners.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
  • Own the working relationship with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and bring insights for innovation.
  • Manage program budgets ensuring resource efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in client services or strategic consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage B2B and global accounts.
  • Deep understanding of customer loyalty and data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and driving organic growth.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%, with peak periods up to 35%.
