Requirements

• 2-4+ years in customer analytics or marketing/CRM.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience with customer segmentation techniques.
• Solid project management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Python/SQL programming experience preferred.
• Master’s in Statistics, Economics, or Applied Mathematics preferred.
