Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff.

In Short

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and develop project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews.
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and other invoices.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Supervise and manage the performance of project staff.
• Provide documentation and reports to clients and management teams.
• Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve corporate goals.
• Report on major problems and findings to senior management.
• Implement government laws and regulations in project management.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related area.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in project management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in technical aspects of project management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Client-focused approach to project management.
