• Full project life cycle ownership from initiation to closing.
• Main point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed project plans for all phases.
• Secure resources to achieve project objectives.
• Manage day-to-day activities and resources.
• Provide status reporting on project milestones and risks.
• Monitor and control project deliverables and issues.
• Develop progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet established quality standards.
• Maintain company-defined billable utilization targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• 1 year experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management.
• Experience with Smartsheets or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through project life cycles.
• Understanding of waterfall project management methodology.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills and proven consistency in meeting deliverables.
