• Serve as the accountable party to provide clients with exceptional experiences.
• Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Work with Site Reliability Engineers to identify and prioritize bugs/issues.
• Drive operational excellence and benefits realization via KPIs.
• Provide oversight during escalations for expedited resolution.
• Influence the creation of Infrastructure-as-Code for project efficiency.
• Prepare teams for regulatory compliance audits.
• Manage performance and career development for team members.
• Support hiring and development of personnel for scalability.
• Participate in defining and tracking Managed Services projects.

Requirements

• Experience in managed services organizations.
• Ticket management experience and delivery to SLAs.
• Strong relationship management skills with C-Suite.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 4+ years in systems engineering and architecture.
• 2+ years with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
