In Short

• Conduct and manage Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA)
• Provide oversight to field staff and subcontractors
• Ensure project deliverables and budgets are met
• Prepare, review, and submit final reports
• Make employee safety a priority
• Oversee training and performance reviews for the team
• Direct implementation of projects to meet various goals
• Provide senior technical leadership to assigned staff
• Manage multi-faceted environmental projects
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Requirements

• BS in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting
• Illinois Professional Licensure preferred
• Experience with IEPA regulatory programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Track record in managing environmental projects
• Asbestos inspector certification is a plus
