Senior Proposal Strategy Director - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for the creation of high-quality, client-focused proposals that support the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing clients, aligned with Alimentiv’s goals and therapeutic area strategy. This role will collaborate with cross function teams including Operations, Medical, Legal, Finance, Business Development and Proposals to ensure proposals are strategically aligned, competitive and compliant.

In Short

• Collaborate with project leadership and key internal stakeholders to define operational and pricing strategy.
• Review RFPs and related documents to identify project requirements.
• Research past trial performance metrics and competing landscape.
• Engage with external experts and clients for operational requirements.
• Review proposals for strategic alignment.
• Attend handover meetings to provide background on strategy and risks.
• Continuously improve proposal templates and processes.
• Provide mentorship to the proposal development team.
• Monitor industry trends to inform proposal development.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• BSc and 10+ years of related experience in Business Development, Proposals, Feasibility, Clinical Project Management.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial delivery and sponsor expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism and executive presence.
• Organizational agility and strong problem-solving orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to travel (10%) and manage multiple competing priorities.
