Business Development Associate (Clinical Research) - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Associate supports the Business Development team at Alcanza, focusing on lead generation and fostering business relationships in the clinical research field.

In Short

• Follow up on outstanding pipeline leads.
• Communicate daily with Sponsors and CRO’s for trial pipeline progression.
• Aid in scheduling pre-site qualification visits.
• Disseminate protocol information to sites and PIs.
• Update site activity and enrollment pages.
• Notify the network of all awarded trials.
• Identify potential investigators for clinical trials.
• Assist in management of clinical trial placements.
• Participate in team and client meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and 1+ years of clinical research or sales experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and web tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and identify solutions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality.
