Overview

The Sr. Talent Management Specialist manages the development, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of talent development programs at Alcanza, a growing clinical research company.

In Short

  • Manage and execute talent management programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders for talent solutions.
  • Optimize employee performance organization-wide.
  • Lead Performance Calibration meetings for fairness in evaluations.
  • Develop resources for people managers.
  • Provide data-driven insights for talent prioritization.
  • Document procedures and maintain job aids.
  • Improve new hire training and continuous employee development.
  • Mentor managers in performance management.
  • Participate in continuing education activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in talent management.
  • Experience in designing talent management programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Must be self-motivated and dependable.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
