Overview

The Talent Management Specialist collaborates with the People Business Partner Pod to provide support and guidance to client groups, coordinating with various teams to enhance the employee experience.

In Short

• Collaborate with Sr. People Business Partners on employee lifecycle support.
• Provide guidance on HR-related questions.
• Coach People Managers on talent engagement and retention.
• Utilize data to derive insights on people trends.
• Develop career pathways and assess development needs.
• Manage offboarding and transfer processes for departing employees.
• Administer exit interviews and report on common themes.
• Oversee employment change communications.
• Partner with stakeholders for employee exceptions to work abroad.
• Handle other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex issues.
