Overview

The Senior Revenue & Project Specialist will manage revenue recognition and billing processes for Alcanza Clinical Research, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

In Short

• Manage revenue recognition systems and processes.
• Partner with operations for scalable best practices.
• Issue invoices and pursue timely collections.
• Perform study closeout reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and financial audits.
• Handle G/L accounting and journal entries.
• Participate in special projects for process improvement.
• Identify opportunities for business efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience required.
• Experience in a clinical research site or CRO preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and QuickBooks.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Integrity and dependability in work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads.
