Our mission is to enhance safety and security across communities, and we are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to join our team. This role will involve new business development, product and API sales, team leadership and development, sales process optimization, and margin optimization to drive our mission forward.

In Short

  • Spearhead the identification and cultivation of sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Close high-volume, short-cycle sales and complex, multi-touch enterprise-level sales opportunities.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a lean yet expanding sales team.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by motivating and coaching team members.
  • Utilize KPIs and sales reports to assess and optimize performance.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Engage in all aspects of the sales process with hands-on leadership.
  • Maintain unwavering attention to client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Track record of producing results and driving sales growth.
  • Creative thinker effective at designing solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales & sales management experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS / technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with security technologies or related fields.
  • Ability to sell directly and through strategic partnerships.
  • High EQ and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
