In Short

• Prepares commercial real estate valuations with minimal supervision.
• Independently prepares written commercial real estate appraisal reports.
• Conducts research and analysis of property information.
• Utilizes Argus and 3rd party databases for valuation reports.
• Maintains knowledge of current real estate values and trends.
• Mentors trainees and contributes to internal databases.
• Conforms to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of commercial appraisal experience.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or related field.
• State Certified General License (Appraisal) required.

• Proficient in Argus, MS Word, and MS Excel.
