In Short

• Prepares commercial real estate valuations with minimal supervision.
• Independently prepares written commercial real estate appraisal reports.
• Researches and analyzes property information.
• Utilizes Argus and 3rd party databases for valuation reports.
• Updates job knowledge by tracking current real estate values.
• Contributes to internal comparable database and mentors trainees.
• Maintains compliance with USPAP standards.
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of commercial appraisal experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must be proficient in Argus, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or related field required.
• State Certified General License (Appraisal) required.
• Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Advanced knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills required.
