In Short

  • Drive the development and execution of our sales strategy for the EMEA region.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower your sales team.
  • Craft country and vertical specific sales strategies.
  • Maintain full oversight of the regional sales pipeline.
  • Lead by example on closing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with account management and product teams.
  • Represent adjoe at key industry events.
  • Partner with marketing to develop effective strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Strong revenue- and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to transfer sales knowledge to the team.
  • Experience developing sales strategies.
  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Bonus: Impressive network in target verticals.
  • Bonus: Understanding of mobile adtech.
