Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Executive Switzerland (m/w/d), you will be responsible for selling our solutions to mid-sized and enterprise customers. You will provide detailed consultations to potential clients and understand their requirements to offer them tailored software solutions. As a point of contact, you will be involved in the sales process from proposal creation to contract closure, working closely with project management and IT consulting.

In Short

  • Identify and analyze business opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies.
  • Conduct market analyses, competitive assessments, and trend identification to strengthen the company's competitive position.
  • Acquire new clients and build sustainable business relationships.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Create proposals and contracts, negotiating with decision-makers.
  • Responsible for deal-closing.
  • Conduct scoping workshops with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and IT.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven sales professional experience in complex B2B sales processes.
  • Strong technical understanding of complex IT structures and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of self-responsibility.
  • Ambitious personality who maintains drive even in challenging phases.
  • Passionate about the digital industry and e-commerce.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to recognize customer potential through metrics and data.
  • Willingness to travel to potential clients, partners, and events.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC / MEDPICC is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English (B2 level).
