Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be our lead generator in the Small and Mid-Size Segment, researching, identifying, and qualifying new leads for handover to our Sales Managers while collaborating closely with the Marketing Team on campaigns and funnels.

  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on planning and executing new campaigns and content.
  • Manage the lead pipeline independently.

  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Develop new concepts for lead generation.
  • Keep an eye on the market and competition.
  • Represent Actindo at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar sales position.
  • Experience with CRM systems, MS Office, and ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and SAAS solutions or a strong affinity for IT.
  • Business acumen to recognize customer potential through metrics and data.
  • Passion for the digital environment and e-commerce.
  • Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to communicate with decision-makers.
  • Structured work approach and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
