Overview

Kahnem is partnering with a high-growth startup making it easier for thousands of small businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers to manage their books. The company is looking to hire several Sales Development Representatives to continue to expand its sales team and accelerate customer acquisition.

In Short

• Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other engagement strategies.
• Execute personalized and creative outreach to engage leads and book meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns and feedback from leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales/business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
• Learning agility and willingness to make cold phone calls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
