Overview

The Director of Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing AbriCare's compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal and state Medicaid regulations, HIPAA, and other applicable standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a compliance or regulatory role.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in home health or personal care services preferred.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• CHC certification preferred.
