Overview

The HR Associate is a detail-oriented, process-driven HR professional responsible for supporting the HR department and delivering a seamless onboarding experience at AbriCare.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Process payroll using Paylocity.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity.
  • Support benefits enrollment for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
  • Assist with special projects and audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • 2 years of administrative experience required, HR experience preferred.
  • Work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in HR, payroll, or people operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to provide clear support to employees.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with HRIS is a plus.
