HR Associate - Remote

Overview

The HR Associate serves as a champion of employee engagement and learning and development, helping to foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment. This role leads the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and promote continuous learning and professional growth. By aligning engagement and development programs with business goals and organizational priorities, the HR Associate supports employee satisfaction, capability building, and overall workforce performance. In addition, this role provides support for other HR administrative tasks, reporting directly to the HR Manager.

In Short

• Design, manage, and implement the annual employee engagement calendar of activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and conduct engagement surveys.
• Lead the execution of engagement programs from conceptualization to review.
• Develop initiatives that foster collaboration, belonging, and retention.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs and workshops.
• Conduct HR orientation for newly hired employees.
• Monitor employee sentiment and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and send employee welcome kits and reports.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning.
• Support HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement and learning & development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport with employees and managers.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and resilient.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a multinational or culturally diverse team is preferred.
