Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

OX Tools is looking for a hands‑on Financial Analyst to support the ANZ Finance & Operations function. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations — turning day‑to‑day activity into clear cost insight, variance explanations, and practical reporting that helps the business move faster.

In Short

• Support forecasting, margin/pricing analysis, and management reporting packs.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly KPI & cost reporting (freight, warehousing, pick/pack, service).
• Reconcile logistics invoices vs rates/contracts, volumes and forecasts.
• Identify cost leakage, trends and risks early — and present clear recommendations.
• Improve reporting tools/models (Excel/Power BI) and data quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of analyst experience in commercial finance, operations, or supply chain cost environments.
• Strong Excel (Power Query/Power BI) and confidence working with large datasets.
• Detail‑driven, commercially minded, comfortable chasing answers across teams.
• ERP experience ideal (NetSuite advantageous).
• Experience with inventory management systems (Netstock).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
