Overview

As an HR Associate at Point C, you will support the Human Resources function, maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and contributing to HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
