Operations Project Manager (Contractor) - Remote

In Short

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines and resource needs.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Utilize project management tools to improve efficiency.
• Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Healthcare or TPA experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Jira).
