Project Manager, Creative Operations (Contract) - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project management for brand campaigns, editorial initiatives and brand partnerships.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, deliverables, asset tracking, and task management—for multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Marketing Channels, Creative, Brand, and Production.
• Facilitate project briefings, creative reviews, approvals, and feedback loops, ensuring clarity and on-time delivery.
• Track asset readiness and launches across key channels (email, social, paid ads, web, etc.).
• Support continuous process improvement by implementing documentation templates, standard operating procedures, and campaign best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative operations or project management, ideally within retail, content, or consumer goods, DTC or start-up environment.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume, multi-channel campaigns and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled at proactively resolving issues and negotiating solutions, with a focus on streamlining processes and optimizing workflows.
• Known for exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a high level of dependability; consistently takes full ownership to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Solid understanding of wholesale retail marketing workflows and digital content production.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms. (Asana preferred)
