In Short

• Lead end-to-end project management for brand campaigns, editorial initiatives and brand partnerships.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, deliverables, asset tracking, and task management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project briefings, creative reviews, approvals, and feedback loops.
• Track asset readiness and launches across key channels.
• Support continuous process improvement by implementing documentation templates and campaign best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative operations or project management.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume, multi-channel campaigns.
• Skilled at proactively resolving issues and negotiating solutions.
• Known for exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Solid understanding of wholesale retail marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Trello, or Monday.com.
