Abnormal AI is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and scale our Channel Sales team across the western region. This role is central to driving partner-led revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and channel-sourced pipeline through a high-performing team of channel-focused sellers.

In Short

  • Recruit and hire a world-class team of channel-focused sellers.
  • Manage and enable sellers to hit key productivity metrics.
  • Develop channel account strategy for the region.
  • Build relationships with key channel partners.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly channel revenue.
  • Drive recruitment of new high-impact partners.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with partners.
  • Identify and close new enterprise business through channel partners.
  • Own revenue responsibility for channel-sourced new annual recurring revenue.
  • Serve as a voice for the partner with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas.
  • 3+ years leading a channel sales team.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in partner pipelines.
  • Proven ability to achieve consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of channel partner dynamics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
