Overview

The Specialty Representative for Rheumatology will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage assigned territory, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficient presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience in building collaborative partnerships.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
