Overview

The Specialty Representative for Rheumatology will execute brand strategy and manage sales performance within the Denver South territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and maximizing sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

  • Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs.
  • Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations.

  • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers.
  • Documented success in sales and leadership roles required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
  • Proven track record in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant industry experience required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt selling approaches based on customer behavior.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and leading teams.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
  • Demonstrated in-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
