The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategies and manage sales performance in the field, focusing on building strong customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities while adhering to AbbVie’s business policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• 5 years of relevant industry experience required.
• 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.
• Strong presentation and leadership skills.
• Proficient in business tools and strategic thinking.
• Ability to adapt sales approach based on customer behavior.
• Preferred experience in commercial pharmaceutical sales.
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
• English proficiency required.
