The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategies and tactics in the field, managing sales performance and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Experience in building collaborative partnerships.
• Proven sales performance in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
