Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Proficient in business tools and market analysis.
• Ability to influence and build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Proven sales performance track record is preferred.
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
