Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of scientific and therapeutic areas.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Proven success in sales performance within therapeutic areas preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
