Overview

As a Specialty Representative in Psychiatry, you will execute brand strategies and manage sales performance in the field while building strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
• Proven sales performance in therapeutic areas preferred.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• In-depth knowledge of scientific and therapeutic concepts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
