Overview

The Specialty Representative for Neuroscience will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Proven track record of success in sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred.
• Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
