Overview

The Specialty Representative for Dermatology will be responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, managing sales performance, and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
  • Proven track record in sales and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
  • Experience in leadership and collaboration within teams.
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and market dynamics.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet health care industry credentialing requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
