Overview

The Senior Regional Business Executive will interact with various teams to identify and execute initiatives that impact national sales and product market share for Chronic Migraine, Spasticity, and Movement Disorders.

In Short

• Partner with Regional Directors and APEX team to identify business opportunities.
• Develop core sales team initiatives.
• Conduct analysis of execution and performance.
• Analyze Managed Care landscape and prioritize opportunities.
• Optimize payer contracts through collaboration with sales force.
• Provide business support templates for consistency in planning.
• Work on territory optimizations and mapping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• 3 years of sales management/leadership and managed care experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and inspire teams.
• Must satisfy HCIR credentialing requirements.
