Overview

As a District Manager, you will lead the sales performance and professional development of a team focused on Chronic Migraine and Movement Disorders, while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

• Lead sales performance for a district covering Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and parts of Connecticut.
• Manage a team of 6-11 Account Specialists.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales quotas.
• Analyze team performance and business processes for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and internal partners.
• Manage district budget and compliance with legal guidelines.
• Provide feedback and facilitate communications across departments.
• Ensure team members are trained on relevant therapeutic areas.
• Travel is required, including overnight stays.
• Maintain adherence to health care industry credentialing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years pharmaceutical sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Experience with HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Proven consultative sales experience.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
