Overview

The Senior Inside Sales Business Development Manager at Allergan Aesthetics is responsible for achieving sales quotas and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities, primarily via phone communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Two or more years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
  • Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry preferred.
  • Skills in managing time effectively and working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales force automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
  • Proven selling skills and ability to develop relationships remotely.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
