Senior Manager, Business Development - Remote

Overview

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the Agglayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the Agglayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Agglayer CDK, Polygon PoS & Katana.

• Lead strategic collaboration efforts with global enterprises and financial institutions.
• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for Polygon technology.
• Expand ecosystem in areas like RWA tokenization and DeFi.
• Identify and close high-impact commercial collaborations.
• Execute region-specific growth strategies in North America, LATAM, and APAC.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure post-deal success.
• Represent Polygon Labs at conferences and industry events.
• Conduct market research on blockchain trends.
• Maintain a strong network of institutional contacts.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in business development or enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of blockchain protocols and Ethereum scaling.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex agreements.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in remote-first teams.
• Familiarity with Polygon Labs’ technology stack preferred.
