Overview

The Senior Inside Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales quotas and enhancing portfolio growth through strategic business development activities, primarily in the aesthetics sector.

  • Hybrid role with in-office and remote work.
  • Responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment.
  • Focus on the Facial Aesthetics portfolio including BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM®.
  • Engage in product education and customer relationship management.
  • Develop business and marketing strategies for customer engagement.
  • Collaboration with regional sales teams and compliance with regulations.
  • Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
  • Two or more years of sales experience required.
  • Education in relevant field preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong commission record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales force automation.
