National Field Trainer - Remote

Overview

The National Field Trainer (NFT) supports a Brand or Franchise organization in the design and delivery of training solutions to a field sales organization, ensuring effective representation of Training & Development and Brand Strategy in all programs.

In Short

• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions.
• Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
• Leverages existing Learning & Development platforms.
• Provides specific feedback to training participants.
• Adjusts coaching techniques to meet individual needs.
• Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers.
• Integrates training activities into brand team business plans.
• Recognized as a product and disease-state expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of regulations affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
• Project management experience.
• Strong sales track record.
• Ability to develop partnerships at various management levels.
• Experience in integrating business trends and strategies.
• Preferred experience as Rotational Trainer or District Sales Trainer.
