Remote Glass Field Trainer

Overview

The Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering Glass installation training to teammates and assessing opportunities to obtain and maintain quality standards.

In Short

• Deliver training to teammates through live and virtual curriculum.
• Recommend and coordinate necessary training based on quality reviews.
• Mentor Glass technicians to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in development and enforcement of quality control processes.
• Assess training needs and develop materials for understanding.
• Follow up with teammates regarding training via in-person or calls.
• Build partnerships and act as liaison with field leadership.
• Measure performance and research new capabilities.
• Oversee and execute special projects as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or tech school graduate.
• Training or teaching experience preferred.
• 2 years Glass installation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management and organization skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.
