Overview

Milacron is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to manage client relationships and sell products and services primarily through field interactions in the Utah area.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Identify potential customers and manage existing relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver sales presentations.
  • Travel up to 60% to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Work within the Western Sales Team.
  • Experience in the plastics industry is preferred.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience required.
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the plastics industry.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience with plastic injection and/or extrusion.
  • Proven track record in technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Experience in developing and marketing new products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
